Live Webcast: PCI DSS Therapy for the Smaller Retailer
|
| Meeting the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirement is particularly important for smaller retailers because few of them can afford the type of fines and operational restrictions the credit card industry has already imposed on many companies for non-compliance. But what can smaller retailers do to avoid these fates by better protecting credit cards obtained while selling offline, online, through catalogs, or even kiosks? One option to achieve and maintain PCI DSS compliance is to implement an on-going compliance management process rather than just focus on the actual quarterly compliance audit.
